Help A Family In Darfur

unicef-dafur

Just $25 can buy a First Aid Kit
to help a family in Darfur.

I want to update you on the crisis in Darfur. UNICEF staff in Darfur tell me that displaced families are flooding into refugee camps. Sadly, many arrive at these camps with almost nothing.

UNICEF needs your help now to meet the basic needs of these families. For $25, UNICEF can purchase a First Aid Kit for a family living in a camp. These kits contain basic supplies including soap, bandages, and first aid ointment. Soap is vital to maintaining hygiene in the densely populated camps. Bandages and first aid ointment help prevent infections.

Among his most memorable drawings was one showing a wretched-looking Hitler, who is said to have ordered Yefimov shot if the Nazis captured Moscow in World War II. Instead, Yefimov was sent after the war to the Nuremburg trials to draw the Nazis as they faced justice. Yefimov also turned his pen against the United States. His Cold War drawings po...

His cartoons span the subjects of erotic humor, politics and comic strips. He is immensely talented and, more importantly, a great guy.
